Online Orders
Placing your order online is the most expedient way to shop our stores. When you order and pay online, our intelligent system starts working to ensure rapid delivery. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and PayPal are accepted for your online ordering convenience.

Mail Orders
Orders are currently NOT accepted through the postal mail.

Telephone, Fax, or Email Orders
Orders are not accepted by Telephone, Fax, or Email at this time.

Sales Tax
Tax may be applied to your order if it your shipping address is in Colorado. In this case the order total that you see at checkout will be adjusted to add in the applicable tax amount.

Inventory/webstite listings
We do our best to keep up with inventory.  Most items are shipped from the manufacturer.  Either in stock, new items, warehouse stock,etc... Rodeoproshop.com will do the best we can to display what we have or can get.  If an item is not in stock or no longer available we will do our best to correct the order. 

Shipping and Handling Charges

********** Please be advised that some of our products are shipped straight from the manufacture if we don't have it in stock.  Our suppliers are very good at having most everything in stock, if there is a backorder or delay we will let you know asap.

International Orders
International orders, including those to Canada or APO/FPO addresses are not accepted. Rodeo Proshop.com store only ships within the United States of America at this time.

Backorders
In the event an item is “out of stock”; you will be notified by email. Should you not want to wait for the backordered product, please notify the store immediately and you will receive a refund for that item. If you do not contact the store, it will be assumed that you still want the backordered product and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.

Order Questions or Changes
If you have placed an order recently and need some information about it or would like to change it in some way, please refer to the Contact Us page found in each store. Please note that since processing of your order begins immediately after receiving it, modifications may not always be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any sale at any time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit Cards
American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted as payment for online orders. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address, if different from the shipping address, and daytime/evening phone numbers. If the billing address you give does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. If we are unable to process payment on your credit card, please ensure the credit card number and expiration date were entered correctly and that the billing name and address exactly match your credit card statement.  If any of these are incorrect, it may delay your shipment.  You will be notified via email or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved.

eChecks
EChecks are accepted as payment for online orders.

PayPal
PayPal is accepted as payment for online orders.

Money Orders / Cashier’s Checks
Money Orders / Cashier’s Checks are NOT currently accepted as payment for postal mail orders.

Personal / Business Checks
Personal / Business checks are not accepted for postal mail orders at this time. Any personal / business checks received will be voided and shredded without further notice to the customer. The order will be considered cancelled.

COD
COD orders are not accepted at this time.

Purchase Orders
Institutional purchase orders (military, government, schools and universities) are not accepted at this time.

Credit Balances
Account credit balances will be applied to your order first before any other payment option.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are accepted as payment for all orders.

Layaway
We do NOT offer layaway at this time.
